Very old and tired. Grass needed mowing. Pool was empty in very hot weather. I understand it may be waiting on repairs. However it is run by nice, friendly people and is not expensive. It seems to be a popular stop over for truckies and Roadworks crews.

Amazing place ... perfect getaway from concrete jungles... was a really good experience... everything was flexible that's what you want when on holidays.
Basic amenities could do with an update but clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in two hours early which was great.
